A Bollen Design - The Scope of Work is a result of the initial pre-design meeting in which the client and A Bollen Design walk through the project and list out all of the desired goals. This useful itemization is broken down either room-by-room, by phase, or by total project. In turn we apply a fee proposal based on this itemization which is broken down into a billing structure of the clients preference. The options include but are not limited to: hourly, phase, or flat fee. |
